Dear Parents, Tomorrow (13.09.2018) will be a holiday due to Ganesh chaturthi.



Dear Parents, This is to inform you that, if your ward does not appear in all the examination and submit their projects and assignment in time, then he/she will fail in the respective subject. Please pay attention to this and send your ward to school for appearing in all the examinations. Every student should attend the class regularly. If their attendance becomes less than 75% then he/she cannot appear in the final exam. Students, who absent themselves more than 5 days in a month without any medical certificate, will be fined Rs. 100 per day of absence.

  • CCE is Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation.
  • It aims at evaluating the all round progress of the child and not simply by  written test alone.
  • The session is divided into two semesters : SEMESTER 1 and SEMRESTER 2.
  • Semester 1 is from April to September.
  • Semester 2 is from October to March.
  • There will be 2 FORMATIVE ASSESSMENTS and 1 SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT in each semester.
  • Formative assessment comprises of Oral Assessments, Quizzes, Projects, Debates, Assignments,  etc. and one small paper pen test [unit test].
  • Summative Assessments will be conducted at the end of every semester.
  • CCE results are given in the form of grades and not marks.

Semester 1 Final mark             =          FA1 [10]   +   FA2 [10]   +   SA 1 [30]

Semester 1 Final mark             =          FA3 [10]   +   FA4 [10]   +   SA 2 [30]

Final Mark                                    =          Semester 1 [50]   +  Semester 2 [50]

Calculation of marks for classes 9 and 10

Semester 1 Final mark             =          FA1 [10]   +   FA2 [10]   +   SA 1 [20]

Semester 1 Final mark             =          FA3 [10]   +   FA4 [10]   +  SA 2 [40]

Final Mark                                    =          Semester 1 [40]   +   Semester 2 [60]
